UFM: What's For Dinner? Tabouli Couscous

This is a re-post of a dish that I make as requested by my cousin, Ging...
Here you go girl...

I like to do a tabouli couscous with your typical tabouli ingredients such as cucumber, tomato, parsley and feta, but I use couscous instead of the traditional bulgur wheat. I also added chicken to make it more of an all-in-one meal.
I like the dish a little on the spicy side, so I usually throw in a few dashes of chili pepper flakes, my favorite spice which I use in just about everything.

All you need are the following ingredients:
1 Box of Couscous
1 Package Chicken Breast (cubed)
2 Tomatoes (diced)
1 Cucumber (diced)
2 Cups Flat Leaf Parsley (chopped fine)
1 Block of Feta (cubed small)
1 Lemon

Boil water for couscous and then cook the chicken.  You can pan fry it, roast it in the oven, or even buy it pre-cooked. Throw in couscous into boiling water. It only takes 5 minutes!
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and then squeeze lemon in and season to taste.
