Ingredients:
6-8 Tilapia Filets
Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Lemon
4-6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Flat Leaf Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Cayenne
Olive Oil Spray
Spray baking dish with olive oil spray.
Lay tilapia filetson top and then season with salt & pepper, I prefer cayenne pepper.
Sprinkle with panko crumbs & lemon zest.
